The Website operates as a booking platform and marketplace facilitator administered by CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC, acting as the Platform and Merchant of Record for payment processing purposes.

Operational parking and vehicle handling services associated with bookings made through the Website are independently provided by AK MEET & GREET LTD.

CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC does not directly collect, transport, store, park, or handle customer vehicles.

The provision of services is carried out solely and entirely on the understanding that the Customer accepts fully and completely the Website’s Terms and Conditions, including service provider terms, cancellation policies, and stated liabilities.

The Website provides a variety of parking options ranging from premium to budget-friendly products. However, the Website primarily focuses on competitively priced parking services, and Customers acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions are designed to enable competitive pricing within defined commercial limits.

By using this Website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

Customers must read and understand all information relating to the relevant service provider before purchasing any service. Any queries regarding the services offered must be raised prior to booking.

If any provision within these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Website reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, once a booking has been made, the applicable Terms shall be those displayed on the Website at the time of booking.

Telephone support operates between 08:00 – 00:00 including weekends and excluding bank holidays.

Bookings and Services

A booking shall only be considered confirmed once the Customer has received a booking confirmation email containing the booking reference number.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check that the booking confirmation email has been received successfully and that all booking details are accurate.

If the Customer does not receive the booking confirmation email shortly after completing the booking, the Customer must contact support@carparkingbirminghamairport.co.uk immediately.

Failure to contact the company regarding a missing booking confirmation may result in no-show charges, cancellation charges, refusal of service, or delays on the day of travel.

Bookings made through the Website are deemed confirmed once a booking confirmation email containing the booking reference number has been issued to the Customer.

Bookings made via telephone or online chat are deemed confirmed once an operator issues a booking reference number.

All bookings are subject to availability.

AK MEET & GREET LTD, acting as the operational service provider, reserves the right not to accept or fulfill a booking.

A booking does not constitute a guaranteed parking space, and bookings may be cancelled where operational circumstances prevent fulfillment. In such circumstances, a refund will be issued.

Neither CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC nor AK MEET & GREET LTD shall be liable for consequential losses including missed flights, additional transportation costs, accommodation expenses, or loss of earnings.

Customers are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.

All bookings are non-transferable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that booking confirmations, arrival instructions, and directions are received and understood before travel.

If a Customer books a Saver or Mystery product, the identity of the parking facility may only be revealed after purchase.

AK MEET & GREET LTD reserves the right to amend operational arrangements after booking confirmation where necessary for operational or security reasons.

Service Providers may prohibit or disable dash cams or tracking devices while vehicles remain within their custody due to insurance or security requirements.

Vehicles may be moved between operational compounds or off-site facilities where operationally necessary.

Customers must retain and present their booking confirmation when travelling.

2A. Services

Park & Ride

Customers using the Park & Ride service are required to arrive directly at the designated parking facility and follow the arrival instructions provided within the booking confirmation email.

A shuttle transfer service will transport Customers to and from the airport terminal. Transfer times may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather conditions, airport restrictions, operational demand, and passenger volumes.

Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for parking, transfers, check-in, and airport security procedures.

Meet and Greet

Customers using the Meet and Greet service must arrive at the designated airport handover location stated within their booking confirmation.

By handing over the vehicle to the operational service provider or its appointed drivers, the Customer expressly authorises the operational service provider and its staff to operate, move, park, transport, and store the vehicle as reasonably necessary for delivery of the booked service.

Vehicles may be moved between operational compounds or off-site storage facilities for operational, logistical, or security purposes.

Vehicle return times may vary depending on airport traffic, weather conditions, operational demand, airport restrictions, and driver availability.

Customers are responsible for notifying the operational service provider upon return in accordance with the instructions provided in the booking confirmation email.

Prices and Payments

All pre-booking prices displayed on the Website are quoted in GBP (£).

All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.

Payments may be made only by approved debit card, credit card, or PayPal methods.

Payments collected through the Website are processed by CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC on behalf of AK MEET & GREET LTD.

If payment authorization fails or is declined, the booking may be refused or cancelled.

Additional charges may apply for oversized vehicles, delays, additional terminal charges, early arrivals, extended stays, or operational requirements.

CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC can only provide gross payment receipts. VAT invoices must be obtained directly from the operational service provider.

Amendments and Cancellations

All cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted in writing via support@carparkingbirminghamairport.co.uk.

Bookings purchased with Cancellation Cover may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the booked drop-off time, subject to applicable administration fees and non-refundable booking fees.

Bookings made within 72 hours of drop-off are non-refundable.

Saver, Mystery, promotional, or non-flexible bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-amendable.

Approved cancellations are subject to a £15 administration fee.

Amendments after vehicle drop-off must be made directly with AK MEET & GREET LTD.

Shortened stays remain fully chargeable.

Cancellations and amendments are processed only during office hours.

Once a cancellation or amendment is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days.

Liability

The Website acts solely as a booking platform and marketplace facilitator administered by CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC.

Operational parking services are independently provided by AK MEET & GREET LTD.

CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC shall only be liable for direct losses arising solely from negligence in processing bookings.

Responsibility for vehicle collection, movement, parking, storage, handling, and return rests solely with AK MEET & GREET LTD as the operational service provider.

Any claims relating to parking operations, vehicle handling, damage, delays, or loss must be directed to AK MEET & GREET LTD.

Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.

Neither CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC nor AK MEET & GREET LTD provides any guarantee, warranty, or indemnity relating to the safety or security of vehicles or their contents.

Neither party accepts liability for:
• Theft
• Fire
• Flood damage
• Mechanical faults
• Structural defects
• Weather-related damage
• Minor scratches or dents
• Windscreen damage
• Tyre or wheel damage
• Items left within vehicles
• Intervening acts outside reasonable control

Total liability shall be limited strictly to the amount paid for the booking.

No liability shall be accepted for consequential or indirect losses including missed flights, accommodation costs, transportation expenses, or loss of earnings.

Customers are strongly advised to maintain adequate insurance coverage.

Complaints regarding booking administration or payment processing should be directed to:

Complaints regarding operational parking services, vehicle handling, storage, damage claims, or service delivery must be raised directly with AK MEET & GREET LTD.

All complaints should be submitted in writing together with supporting evidence.

Liabilities and Other Terms

Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.

All claims for damage should be reported before leaving the airport whilst your vehicle remains within the care and control of the operational service provider. Customers must inspect their vehicle immediately upon collection and report details of any alleged damage directly to the driver before leaving the airport or terminal area.

No claims for damage or service-related issues will be accepted once the Customer has received the vehicle from the Car Park driver and left the airport terminal.

Failure to report alleged damage before leaving the airport or collection area may affect the ability to investigate or process any claim.

All damage complaints must be supported by:
• Clear timestamped photographs
• Vehicle registration visibility
• Relevant terminal or collection area evidence
• Sign-off documentation where applicable

Vehicles must remain taxed, insured, and roadworthy throughout the booking period.

AK MEET & GREET LTD reserves the right to move vehicles between operational compounds, including off-site compounds where operationally necessary.

Vehicles may be relocated during busy operational periods.

Service providers may require Customers to leave keys during the parking period.

Service providers aim to return vehicles within 60 minutes of Customer notification, subject to operational conditions, traffic, weather, and staff availability.

Arrivals more than 4 hours early or late may incur a £20 operational charge.

Additional late days incur a £20 daily charge.

Early arrivals may incur a one-off £20 charge.

Customers must remove all valuables from vehicles before handover.

Neither CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC nor AK MEET & GREET LTD accepts responsibility for valuables left inside vehicles.

Customers must retain a spare set of vehicle keys throughout the parking period.

Vehicle Abandonment and Uncollected Vehicles Policy

Vehicles remaining uncollected for 30 days after the confirmed return date without communication from the Customer may be treated as abandoned.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Customer using the contact details provided at booking.

Following the initial 30-day period, a further 14-day notice period shall apply.

If no response is received during this additional notice period, AK MEET & GREET LTD reserves the legal right to sell or dispose of the vehicle.

Sale proceeds may be used to recover:
• Outstanding parking charges
• Storage fees
• Administrative costs
• Recovery costs
• Disposal costs

Where proceeds are insufficient, the Customer remains liable for any outstanding balance.
